We do our due diligence by securing all orders in layers of bubble wrap inside anti-theft shipping bags.
MELTED/FROZEN PRODUCT:
Some of our products are meant to be liquid/oil form but other items can possibly liquify during shipping. So, we partially freeze those items prior to shipping to reduce the chance of liquifying or leaking. If your item does arrive melted/frozen, with no leaks, just place it in a room temperature environment to return to its intended form.
Also, if available, each order will come with sample(s) of our products to try before you buy or share with others.

If you desire to purchase items in bulk to gift a group (conference gift bags, stocking stuffers etc.) and the quantity listed is not enough. Please message us prior to placing your order and we can get your order processed.
Liquid or oil has always had the unique ability of slipping through even the tiniest of spaces...it happens. We do our due diligence in securing each item to keep any possible leaks contained. In the event a product leaks in your package, please message us with a picture of the issue and we will do our best to accommodate you for the missing product.
All orders are processed - created, packaged, and handed over to USPS within 1-2 days (Unless otherwise stated - Preorder etc.).
During the holiday season or around any nationally observed holiday, deliveries can be delayed. So we ask that around the time (before/during/after) a holiday, you allow USPS at least 1-2 weeks to deliver your order(s).
In some cases, due to the high volume, USPS tracking may not even update but please trust that we've done our part. Feel free to reach out to us to confirm your package has left our possession.
